The price was excellent for the facility.
The area has no restaurants except a questionable family style joint and a Cracker Barrel that closes before supper time
Staff were accommodating. Convenient location and terrific price.
The mattress was uncomfortable. They would definitely benefit from using a memoryfoam topper and raising the prices of the suites a bit. :)
I liked the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help us as a group. We had met there to go to the funeral of our dear sister who had suffered so much and died after complications of a colonoscopy. It was so great to have an understanding staff.
Our dog wound up with tens of fleas..........
Was charged the tax on the room twice. Took 4 day to get it straightened out
Burn holes in sheet (from cigarettes), slight dank odor in room (noticed only at first).
The suites themselves were spacious and had lots of amenities -- microwave, fridge, and even a walk-in closet.
Those considering staying at the Ambassador, specifically within the suites should be aware that there is a nightclub, yes a nightclub, less than 15 yards from your windows. The evening that we stayed there the club was going at least until two AM, preventing my wife to get a lick of sleep. What irked me the most about it all was the absolute indifference the Ambassador staff showed at our terrible night of sleep, providing no compensation, no sympathy, only just a "Whatever."
For the money this was an outstanding experince. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and pleasure to deal with. They went out of their way to insure are stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and found it be be clean. My job requires me to travel often and Ambassador Inn met my expectations despite others less than postive comments left.
This hotel was very run down and stinky....
My kids and I ran out of money while there one of the staff members ceclia bought us food that was really a selfless act and I will forever be greatful !
The room was clean and well furnished for the price! I would definately stay there again if I come back to town on another trip!
For the price, we could not have been any happier staying at The Ambassador Inn. The room was clean and spacious, the staff behind the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was very good with hot food. The person working the breakfast room was so nice and friendly.
I sought out a room..I saw the room I was expecting to pay for it was not that room I will never stay there again..false advertisement!!!!
Everything...the furniture was old & out dated..it was false advertisement!!
Very affordable, clean, courteous receptionist, and right next to the interstate. It was also a slow week and so it was nice being alone/not having people walking around above our room or in front of our door all the time.
The bed was very firm and slightly uncomfortable, and the breakfast attendant was not very.... Attentive:)
Staff, location, breakfast staff Mary is great, and the food itself was very good.
We stay at the Ambassador Inn every time we visit Manchester. However this time and only this time was the bed bad. Mattress or the old type springs, just bad. We both were unable to sleep good. Tossed all night and had to get up 3 or 4 times.
